Arrival, Check-In & Check-Out

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is from 15:00, and check-out is until 10:00.

How does check-in work? Do you offer self-check-in?

Yes, we offer self-check-in via a secure key lockbox on-site.
On the day of your arrival (check-in is from 3:00 PM), you’ll receive full instructions and the code for the lockbox.
📸 Please send photos of all guests’ ID documents to +385 99 492 73 49 before check-in.
🤝 Personal check-in is also available upon request.

How does check-out work?

Simply place the key back in the lockbox by 10:00 on the day of your departure.
No need to wait or meet anyone – you’re good to go!

Why self-check-in/out?

It’s flexible, fast, and stress-free – especially if you’re arriving late or leaving early.
Everything is designed for your convenience and privacy, while still giving you the option of personal assistance if needed.

Which is the nearest airport?

The nearest airport is Franjo Tuđman Airport Zagreb, located approximately 3 km away.

Your Stay

Is bed linen and towels included?

Yes, all our accommodations come with fresh bed linen and towels, ready for your arrival.

Is there a cleaning fee or is cleaning included?

Cleaning is included in the price of your stay – no extra fees.

Do you provide a baby cot or high chair?

Yes, we’re family-friendly! A baby cot and high chair are available upon request – just let us know in advance.

Is there free parking?

Yes, we offer free private parking in our designated parking area.

Is Wi-Fi available?

Yes, wireless internet is available throughout the building.
Guest rooms feature high-speed connectivity for work or leisure.

Which languages do you speak?

We speak Croatian and English.

Is the pool available to all guests?

The pool is available exclusively to guests staying in apartments 201–204.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed, as we aim to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort for all our guests.

All our units are non-smoking, to ensure a fresh and pleasant environment for everyone.
